Traders Code Of Conduct

If you do not agree, or have not yet agreed to this Code of Conduct then we ask you not to attend our events as a Trader

We are always pleased that the traders who support our hobby feel that it is worth their while coming to our launch events to provide the level of service that they do.
Following on from the Black Knights AGM, on the 8th January, it was felt that it would be a good idea, in the light of recent events, to reinforce some of the operational guidelines that we would wish our trade suppliers to follow. We would ask that all traders:-
* Ensure that materials supplied for use meet acceptable standards of preparation and manufacture.
* Provide customers with CoSHH documentation where needed or recommended.
* Comply with any age related sales laws, in force in the UK.
* Supply only materials and tools that are legally allowed under statuary UK law.
* Fully comply with the requirements of the UK Explosive Regulation that are in force at the time of sale.
* Provide advice and information or guidance that does not infringe UK law or any UKRA or BMFA ruling.
* Accept that they have a duty of care to their customers in relation to any transactions and supply agreements.

We trust that all traders comply with these guidelines as a matter of routine and we hope that we do not cause offence in reminding you of your responsibilities in these matters. We accept that some of the rules and regulations are in a state of flux at this time and we will try to ensure that any changes in UK laws and Regulatory body guidelines are passed on to all concerned as soon as can be arranged.
