Black Knights News

16/10/07 - "Flying Tonite"

Apologies for the pun, but after consultation with the landowner, the October flying session is ON!

As previously announced, the site remains restricted with a 1,500ft limit and a "H" maximum for motors, We are seeking alternative sites and trying to get the current restrictions on recovery lifted.

12/09/07 - Change to Milson Site Flying Limits

Due to a reduction in our recovery area, we must reduce the class of the site to "H" with an altitude limit of 1,500ft. We hope that this is a only a temporary restriction, but unless circumstances change, this may be permanent.

03/04/05 - Black Knights and Tripoli English Midlands

This question has been asked in the past or people have taken the assumption that the use of the word Midlands in Tripoli English Midlands means that The Black Knights (the rocketry club based in the Midlands) are involved with Tripoli English Midlands. We would like to point out that we are not involved with Tripoli English Midlands or Tripoli Rocketry UK Ltd. Hope that sorts the confusion out.

See you there.

29/06/03 - New ways to communicate - The Black Knights Forums

With the ever changing world of club members changing their email address, we have found it hard keeping up-to date with letting club members know what is going on, so a result of a item from yesterday's Black Knights Committee meeting, we have implemented a web based forum to allow better Club/Community discussions.

The Forum will allow club and other rocketry community members access to better club related information, discussion topics and friendly banter etc.

To post messages you must register an account.
The Black Knights committee require all users to register under their proper full name and not under a pseudonym.
Users who do register using a pseudonym will have their account disabled. This is so we can protect the forum members from any possible anonymous abuse etc.

For more info see the Black Knights Forum.
